许祝安 长江特聘教授/博士生导师/国家杰出青年基金获得者

 

个人简介

许祝安,男,  1966年生于浙江临安, 1988年中国科学技术大学物理系本科毕业; 1994年获皇冠凝聚态物理专业理学博士学位;2000年起任皇冠物理系教授、博士生导师。 从事非常规超导电性和关联电子体系的实验研究。2002年获国家杰出青年基金,入选浙江省“151”一层次。浙江省政协委员(2003-2017)。2005年教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。2013年任科技部重大科学研究计划(973)项目首席科学家。获2012年度教育部自然科学一等奖。

研究进展

1. 博士后陈健等发现新的反钙钛矿结构近藤格子化合物CePt3P。由于它跟非中心对称重费米子超导体CePt3Si和超导体SrPt3P等类似结构而引起人们的兴趣,加深了对这类材料结构、磁性与超导序之间的相互关系的理解。论文发表于Sci. Rep. 7, 41853 (2017).

2. 基于中心对称反演破缺的过渡金属磷族元素化合物(TaAs, TaP, NbAs , 和NbP)是最近发现的一类外尔半金属(Weyl semimetal)。外尔半金属除了和Weyl fermions相关的奇异量子输运性质,比如说超高电荷迁移率和手性异常(chiral anomaly)导致的负磁阻(negative magnetoresistance,NMR),也有非常巨大的不饱和磁阻(>100,000% at 15T),我们在这个领域已经取得了一些创新性的工作,指出了其超高电荷迁移率和其载流子的螺旋手性的内在关联。有关成果作为Rapid Commun.发表于Phys. Rev. B 93, 121112(R) (2016),入选ESI高引文章。

3. 发现层状pyrite型结构的PtBi2具有巨大的线性磁电阻,具有潜在应用价值,成果发表于Appl. Phys. Lett. 108, 252401 (2016)  (doi: 10.1063/1.495427),并于最近获得发明专利授权。
